In 007 First Light, James Bond repeatedly comes across locked doors, safes, keypads and small environmental puzzles. Some solutions are almost right next to the lock, while others are hidden in offices, wine bottles, license plates or puzzle clues. If you do not want to search for long, this guide lists all known door codes, safe combinations and puzzle solutions in the game.
Some codes are found directly at the location, while others require closer attention to documents, objects or environmental details. The Penthouse Safe, the Fireplace Puzzle and the Archive Access puzzle are among the solutions players search for most often.

Laundry Room Code (1805)
In the chapter All the Time in the World, you need a code to open the Laundry Room door. The clue can be found in the Hotel Manager’s Office behind the reception area.
Code: 1805
If you want to go straight to the Laundry Room, you can skip searching for the clue and enter the number combination immediately.
Manager’s Office Safe (1952)
In the same chapter, there is a safe inside the Manager’s Office. The clue for the correct combination is found inside the office.
Code: 1952
If you are going for 100% completion, you should open this safe during your first visit instead of returning later through Chapter Select.
Dining Hall Fireplace Puzzle: Lion, Goat and Snake
In the chapter All the Time in the World, you find a symbol puzzle in the Dining Hall with three animal heads. Unlike the other puzzles, this one does not require a number code but the correct symbols.
Solution: Activate Lion, Goat and Snake. The important part is selecting all three correct symbols.
Unlike the number-code puzzles, this puzzle does not immediately stand out as an interactive element, which is why many players initially walk right past it. The order in which you activate the symbols does not matter. As long as Lion, Goat and Snake are selected, the puzzle will be solved.
Maintenance Door (3256)
During the chapter Uninvited, you can open a locked Maintenance Door that gives you an alternative route.
Code: 3256
The clue is shown on a computer in the courtyard library. If you already know the route or simply want to move on quickly, you can enter the code directly at the door.
Penthouse Safe (1493)
In the chapter Knightfall, you need to open the safe inside Nicholas Webb’s penthouse. The game spreads the four digits across several objects in the office.
Code: 1493
The numbers come from Webb’s diploma, a painting, a video game and an architectural model. If you want to skip the puzzle, you can enter the code directly.
Q-08 Armory (1324)
In the chapter Man of the Hour, you find a locked armory inside the Q Lab.
Code: 1324
The clue is found on the shooting range leaderboard. The highest score is also the door code.
Q-03 Cabinet (4397)
Also in the chapter Man of the Hour, there is a locked cabinet containing a collectible.
Code: 4397
The clue is hidden in the license plate of the test vehicle inside the Stress Testing area. If you are collecting every collectible, you should not skip this locked cabinet.
Webb Industries Archive Puzzle (1864)
In the chapter Wave of the Future, you need the archive code inside the Webb Industries facility. The solution can be found in two different ways.
Code: 1864
You can either solve the number puzzle around the lockers or find the key to the legal department and open the safe there with the same solution. If you only want to open the archive access quickly, you can enter the number combination directly and skip searching for the clues.
Which Codes Matter for Platinum?
Not every code blocks story progress. Some doors and safes mainly lead to side rooms, shortcuts or collectibles. If you are playing for 100%, you should generally open locked side areas whenever possible. Several collectibles are hidden behind codes or in areas that many players simply ignore during their first playthrough. The Q-03 Display Case, the Manager’s Office Safe and some side rooms can be especially relevant for collectibles and 100% progress.
Our Verdict
Most codes in 007 First Light are optional, but they often lead to collectibles, shortcuts or additional rooms. The Penthouse Safe, the Dining Hall Fireplace Puzzle and the Webb Industries Archive Access are among the solutions many players search for most often.
With the codes and puzzle solutions listed here, you can open all known doors, safes and locked areas directly without having to search for the clues again. This saves time especially when chasing the Platinum trophy, collecting missing items or replaying chapters later.
