- Monster Summon: Summons fox shadow creatures that immediately put you under pressure. First eliminate Adds, then continue attacking!
Strategy & phases
The fight is divided into a total of six phases. You alternate between the arenas of
Phase 1-2 (Kyubi, early attacks): Use the safe windows after Claw Swipes and Tail Strikes for 1-2 quick hits. Always save stamina for dodging.
Phase 3 (Adds & Puddles): As soon as the glowing puddles appear, move out immediately. Kill Adds directly, otherwise you will be overrun.
Phase 4-5 (alternating with Tsukumogami): Both bosses take turns. Keep an eye on healing items – you can only recover safely between phases.
Phase 6 (Final): Kyubi becomes more aggressive, using leap slam and fire areas more often. Stay patient, dodge consistently and use adds to catch your breath.
Common errors
- Waste stamina: If you find yourself without stamina at the wrong moment, you have no chance to react.
- Ignore glowing puddles: They herald deadly tentacles – always get out immediately!
- Ignore adds: The summoned shadow foxes must be eliminated immediately.
