In the open-world survival game Smalland: Survive the Wilds, you take on the role of a little Fairy and experience the in-game world from a completely different perspective. You’ll have to stand up to bigger enemies, secure your food supply and build a shelter.

Smalland: Survive the Wilds Guide: Finding Chitin
To create some items in Smalland: Survive the Wilds you’ll need the resource chitin. For the acquisition, it is advisable that you first craft yourself a solid armor and a good weapon. In fact, in order to farm yourself a supply of chitin, you need to take on the battle with the Bug longhorned ram and hunt them down.
You’ll find these Bug in wooded areas near large trees. When you kill one of these Bug you get 2x chitin, which you can collect from the Ground after the fight. Besides chitin, you also drop insect fat and beetle hearts.
