The action role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 is set in a fictional future in which things can get pretty rough. You can pursue a wide variety of tasks and really let off steam. In the role of the protagonist V, you can also enter into relationships with NPCs or satisfy your sexual desires.

Cyberpunk 2077 Guide: You have these romance options in Phantom Liberty
At the start of the open-world game Cyberpunk 2077, you create your own protagonist called V in a character editor. You can experience adventures in Night City as a male, female or diverse person. If you own the major game expansion Phantom Liberty, you can start the new journey later in the game.
In the course of the quests in the main game, you will get to know many people. Among other things, you can enter into a possible romance with some of them, provided you play your cards right. The story surrounding Phantom Liberty and the new side missions are seamlessly integrated into the open game world of Night City. Unfortunately, developer CD Projekt has not provided the new characters with romance options. However, this does not mean that the developers have been inactive in this direction.
Cyberpunk 2077 Guide: Update 2.0 & 2.1 brings new romance options
Update 2.0 was also rolled out in conjunction with the first and last major DLC. This is also available to you if you have not purchased Phantom Liberty. This update brings a lot of new content, optimizations and expanded the already existing options with the relationship partners.
The romances with Judy Alvarez, Panam Palmer, Kerry Eurodyne and River have been further expanded with the latest major updates. There are new dialog options, messages and interactions. Here are a few examples:
- Panam Palmer sends you a naked picture in the course of the chat, accompanied by the message “What are you doing right now? I’m about to take a shower and think of you…kiss smiley”.
- A new conversation with Judy’s grandmother about your relationship (via text messages).
- Kerry Eurodyne will give you something of “sentimental” value and River will visit you in your apartment.
Since Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.1, you can also meet your romance in the apartment and have fun with him or her there in peace. These meetings always run a little differently depending on the partner, but obviously both always have fun.
