How to get the Lucky Egg in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
You’ve already put some hours of play into Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and are now leveling up your team to be able to win against stronger Pokémon. In the previous installments of the video game series, it was possible to obtain the Lucky Egg through the egg Pokémon Chansey , among other things. In Pokémon, developer Game Freak has changed that and even simplified it. The requirement is to defeat a total of five Gym Leader and thus collect five arena medals. Now, when you enter the sixth arena, you will meet the academy teacher named Senor Jim. After a short conversation with the biology teacher, he hands you the Lucky Egg.
How the Lucky Egg works
In order to use the Lucky Eggproperty now, all you have to do is give it to the Pokémon you want to level up quickly. Make sure you don’t accidentally select the “Use” function. If your Pokémon now carries the egg, it will receive an additional 50% more experience points after each battle in addition to the EXP. It doesn’t matter where your Pokémon is in the team.
